Trade Mark Registration Services

We specialise in protecting trademarks in a strategic, timely and cost effective manner. Our aim is to make the trademark process as simple as possible for you, and this process can be summarized in three easy steps -

1) Trade Mark Availability Search

Conducting an availability search will allow us to ascertain whether your trademark constitutes a registrable trademark and if it is available for registration. Our search will be presented to you in the form of a written report and will include a clearly forecasted acceptance probability.

2) Trade Mark Application

If your trade mark is available for registration we will draft your application with the aim of securing the broadest possible protection in your relevant goods and services areas. We will then file your trademark application with the Trade Mark Office upon your approval, and continue to manage your application throughout the examination process.

3) Trade Mark Registration

Once accepted by the Trade Marks Office, we will secure the registration of your trademark on your behalf and continue to manage your trade mark over your ten year registration period.

Trade Mark Expedition

Fast track your trademark application and find out if it has been accepted by the Trade Marks Office sooner rather than later. Expediting your application will ensure that is examined by the Trade Marks Office within 2-4 weeks of application instead of the normal 3-4 months.

If you have filed your trademark application yourself and now need assistance in responding to your Examiner's Report, IP Wealth™ can help you and respond to your Examiner's Report on your behalf.

Oppositions

If your trade mark has been opposed by another party, we can manage the opposition process on your behalf. Our specialty is negotiating with opposing parties in order to reach the best solution for you, without your opposition entering the legal process and costs sky rocketing.
