Registered Trade Marks Attorney
We are looking to expand our team of trade mark professionals to meet the growing demand for our services.

If you are a qualified Trade Marks Attorney this is your opportunity to work with a warm, friendly and motivated team. Your day will consist of all aspects of trade mark practice, from providing protection strategies, searching and preparing applications to resolving trade mark disputes and liaising with international associates.

We would like to hear from you if you have - Australian Trade Marks Attorney Qualifications; top level verbal and written skills; strong previous work history; current drivers license; ability to travel interstate to visit key clients; and a strong work ethic and team player.

Trade Mark Account Manager

Business Development Manager
We are looking for professional, well spoken and presented, mature individuals to fly the flag for IP Wealth by getting out there and visiting our target market to explain the importance of protecting intellectual property, and generating new business opportunities for our company.

What we need from you - Capable and confident in speaking with high level managers and CEO's; business to business sales/account manager experience; exceptional speaker, with 100% accurate communication skills; understanding of marketing techniques and a passion for finding new opportunities for the business; excellent rapport building character; team player; willingness to travel; ability to research prospects - training will be provided.

Administration and Support
In this industry we require a dedicated team of administrative staff to support our daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets and high level of customer service and satisfaction. We also need talented individuals to control the office flow and maintain employee morale and satisfaction, while assisting the functions of the business.
